The Brussels Capital Region has given i-propeller – founding member of the Hub Brussels – a grant to find eth(n)ic entrepreneurs in Brussels, to provide them with support and to involve them in the Hub. We will work on this exciting project together with i-propeller and have interviews with these entrepreneurs to find out about their social objective, economic activity, needs and how the Hub can support them.
The basic definition of an eth(n)ic entrepreneur (provided by the grant giver) is a person coming from another country, preferably developing or Eastern European countries, who has his/her own economic activity, which is based on a social objective. If you are an eth(n)ic entrepreneur or know of someone who is, please get in touch with Simone via email poutniks@gmail.com or phone 0486 986 296.
This is a really great opportunity for us to expand our community and find more people we admire. We are also excited to welcome a new member to the core team, who will help us with this project: Geneveva Lancsweert. Welcome Viva, great to have you on board!
